The resort’s ‘Enchanted Garden’ supplies almost half of the vegetables and herbs we serve daily. We grow organic herbs that form the foundation of Thai cuisine: from basil to chili, galangal to lemongrass, and kaffir lime. Seasonal fruit such as mango, rambutan, starfruit, mangosteen, mulberry, and breadfruit grow in abundance here, with banana trees bearing fruit year-round.

Farm to Table

Each day, our gardeners collect straw and oyster mushrooms from the mushroom hut, along with a variety of hydroponic lettuce used by our kitchen. Just steps away is the Duck Cottage, home to our ducks that occasionally give us fresh, free-range eggs for a special breakfast.
