    • 1 – 10 December: Arvigo Therapy & Holistic Aromatherapy Massage with Jenny Ostling

The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™ are founded on the ancient Mayan technique of abdominal massage which is an external noninvasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi.

The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™ are founded on the ancient Mayan technique of abdominal massage which is an external noninvasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi. It addresses position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs. The work is best known for the correction of the prolapsed, fallen, or tilted uterus, fertility challenges, and for the prevention and treatment of benign prostate enlargement in men, and for relief of many common digestive disorders.

By realigning organs, the natural balance of the body is restored in the pelvic area and the surrounding organs. Toxins are flushed and nutrients that help to tone tissue and balance hormones are restored to normal order. This results in improved organ function by releasing physical and as well emotional congestion from the abdomen.

Old adhesions from invasive treatments to the pelvic and abdominal area, including fibroid tumors, endometriosis, and cesarean delivery are diminished when addressed by uterine massage. In addition, digestion, urinary and bladder problems can be helped.

The Holistic Aromatherapy treatment is based on traditional Western use of Aromatherapy with Eastern medicine energetics. It is often said, "the root of most illness lies in the depths of our souls", and that treating the root problem is far more beneficial in the long run than just treating the end result of it. This is the concept behind Holistic Aromatherapy. Not only does this therapy focus on the physical person, but also the mind and soul – the person as a "whole".

Treatments may benefit everyone whether their health is good or requires improvement. Aromatherapy is an extremely effective, safe and natural method of releasing stress and related conditions. It can be a deeply relaxing, comforting and supportive way of helping with a multitude of ailments and may be used alone or alongside orthodox medicine. It has positive influences on all the body's systems and may relax, revive, refresh, replenish vitality, promote positive health, improve/maintain your sense of well being and generally make you feel happier and healthier.

      About Jenny Ostling

Jenny believes passionately in natural healing and helping the body to achieve its optimal balanced state through holistic healing methods. This allows the body to do what it does best, which is to heal itself.

After completing her studies at the University of Edinburgh, Hong Kong-born Jenny moved to London to pursue her lifelong passion in Aromatherapy. She studied under world-renowned and leading Aromatherapy expert Gabriel Mojay at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy. Jenny also encourages people to incorporate Aromatherapy into their daily life to make complete use of its healing effects.

Jenny moved back to Hong Kong in 2006 and began her own practice in Holistic Aromatherapy. Having gone through worrying about her own fertility, she developed a keen interest in finding natural ways of assisting in fertility. She has attended training with The Arvigo Institute in London and in Israel and is the first to bring the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™ (ATMAT) to Southeast Asia. Having used ATMAT on herself, Jenny has noticed profound changes in her own reproductive health and knows that Arvigo Therapy can do the same for others.

10 - 18 December: Dissolve Therapy with Andy Mack

Derived from ancient healing techniques used in China, Mongolia, Tibet and Thailand, Dissolve Therapy treatments take guests on a journey to unlock their mind, emotions, and body from the tension that binds them into dis-ease. Tension is held in different ways and is expressed through the habits in mind, emotions and body in a vast array. Therefore, treatments are highly individualised to reflect these differences. The treatments are hands on and done with guests fully clothed.

Dissolve Therapy is a powerful healing modality that dissolve tension and toxins held deep in the mind, the emotions and energetic field, the fascia, internal organs, nerves, muscles and tendons. It is excellent for the relief of injuries, pain, colds, illnesses, anxiety, low immune system, depression, insomnia, and addiction. It also optimises mental clarity, body alignment, joint repair, blood circulation, sexual connection, bone density, digestion, and anti-aging.

It is a dynamic and interactive process that not only powers the guests, but also teaches new potent, self-healing skills.

      About Andy Mack

Andy has received training in and practiced meditation, energy cultivation, martial arts, and healing for 25 years. As an inner disciple, or close student, of Adam Mizner, an internal arts master, Andy committed his life to the mastery of internal arts and spent almost a decade training, teaching and healing from early morning until midnight, seven days a week. He became a senior teacher in the Heaven Man Earth Taiji School, and has since opened full-time, live-in internal arts schools in Australia for Heaven Man Earth. More recently, Andy implemented wellness programs with the Education, Mental Health and Correctional Departments for the Australian government. Currently, Andy tours around the world and teaches what he has learned, helping as many people as he can.

19 - 27 December: Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing with Akiko Igarashi

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing of stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.

Healing processes are initiated through entraining our brainwaves to synchronise with the perfect resonance of the bowls. Unique tones create the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages.

“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.” Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine, the Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York

Akiko incorporates Tibetan Singing Bowls, Reiki and an assortment of eastern holistic healing modalities to help guests get back to a state of wellness, peace, and relaxation. Sessions can help to release blockages, promote relief from physical traumas, release old patterns, balance chakras, and provide overall increased energy.

Each session is 75-90 minutes, including consultation.

      About Akiko Igarashi

A native of Hokkaido, Japan, Akiko is a certified yoga instructor and traditional Japanese Reiki teacher. In 2006, she completed a 500-hour instructor’s training program at Yoga Therapy in India. In 2010, she mastered the wisdom of Tibetan Bowl Sound Therapy while working in an orphanage in Kathmandu, Napal. Her unique style of teaching combines Eastern traditions, such as Qi Gong, with western classical ballet background, resulting in graceful and flowing movements during yoga practices. Akiko loves nature and enjoys scuba diving and rock climbing. She has hosted yoga retreats and healing workshops in Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Turkey and Greece.

    • Integrative Thai Bodywork with Nok

      24-Hour Advanced Booking Required

      Integrative Thai Bodywork with Nok

Experience a deeply rejuvenating, energising, healing and relaxing journey with this artful and profound session. Combining Western methods with Thai traditional healing techniques, Nok, or Cholatee Intachak, customises each session to reflect the physical form, heart and spirit of each guest. The various techniques used include traditional Thai massage, yoga massage, Chi Nei Tsang, aromatherapy massage, Thai herbal oil massage, acupressure, chakra balancing and Pranic Healing. In combination with these techniques, additional tools such as silk, bamboo and crystals may be used to achieve a deep and long lasting result.

Tok Sen, the Northern Thai practice of rhythmic tapping with a special wooden hammer and wedge combined with Thai acu-points, a healing technique developed by Buddhist Monks centuries ago, can also be applied in this session to create a healing vibration that works deeply through the fascia and muscles in the body.

Integrative Thai Bodywork with Nok helps to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, migraine, insomnia and pain. It can also help improve mood and a general sense of well being. Moreover, this session facilitates muscle relaxation, improves digestion, breathing, circulation and hormones, enhances physical and mental fitness, strength and flexibility, and cleanses the body, mind and spirit.

      About Cholatee Intachak (Nok)

Nok is a certified Thai massage therapist and trainer from the Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society, Thailand Ministry of Public Health. Nok has always been passionate about massages, yoga, qigong and meditation. However, she only decided to change her career from international transport and business management to massage therapist at the age of 33.

Nok began her healing work as a volunteer masseuse for people with cancer and paralysis in her hometown in the northern part of Thailand. While working as a therapist and trainer at a luxury resort in Phuket in 2007, she began studying a range of profound healing therapies and energy work. Nok deepened her holistic health knowledge and expertise through work in various wellness-focused resorts in Thailand and the Ananta Spa Chile.

      Integrative Thai Bodywork with Tim

      24-Hour Advanced Booking Required

      Integrative Thai Bodywork with Tim

Through a combination of ancient Eastern techniques, Tim, or Tunrat Akkhalamanirot will lead guests through a deeply healing and transformative bodywork session. Each session is unique and tailored to each guest's body and energetic system's needs. As a result, Integrative Thai Bodywork with Tim will help to feel energised, improve connection to the body and mind, relief longstanding physical issues within the body, improve digestion, painful menstruation, and back pains, and ultimately feel rejuvenated.

This session utilises different healing techniques that focus on different issues within the body and mind. Tantsu, a form of bodywork inspired by Zen Shiatsu and the flowing aquatic bodywork form known as Watsu, or Water Shiatsu, involves gentle stretching, meditation, and yoga-like movements that loosen up any tight muscles. Chi Nei Tsang massage, a form of Chinese healing, utilizes the Five Elements of Chinese medicine, and detoxifies, tonifies, re-balances and invigorates the health of internal organs through abdominal massage. Tok Sen, a century-old Thai traditional therapy, uses mechanical and sound vibration that work deeply through the fascia and muscles to help unlock and heal the energy flow and muscle tension within the body.

And finally, Karsai Nei Tsang health massage, developed my Taoist master Man Tak Chia, uses deep pressure to open the abdominal and pelvic area to release sedimentation and coagulation of the vessels in the sexual organs, glands and associated parts. Over time, due to gravity, sedimentation and coagulation of the vessels result in blockages in the testicles and prostate gland in men, and the uterus, ovary and mon pubis area in women. Karsai Nei Tsang addresses common problems associated with our sexual organs, impotency, frequent and difficult urination, painful menstruation, painful scar tissue after giving birth, painful intercourse and low sexual libido. It is also effective in alleviating lower back pain, improving the body's alignment, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and increasing general vitality. This method
